We do our best to prepare every order as soon as we receive it. For all orders received before 2 PM, the courier pick-up will be the same day. For orders received after 2 PM, the pick up will be on the next Business Day. All orders are delivered on the Following Business Day after pick up.

We work with a 3rd-party courier, and these are their terms and conditions:

Delivery terms and conditions:

• 3 attempts will take place for each shipment. If the attempts fail due to customer unavailability or rejection of the order, a full delivery charge will apply as a return-to-origin charge.
• We only ship on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Public holidays). Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the following business day.
• Delivery charges:

  Next-day delivery – 15 AED (for all Emirates). Cut off time for Order Upload – 14:00 h

  Remote areas / AUH Western region delivery (twice weekly) charges – 35 AED.

Delivery charge is FREE for orders above 200 AED for All Emirates. No code is required.

Note: The Courier will not allow the Consignee to open the package upon Delivery before receiving the signature.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed.

In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping bag and products and email hello@princessbee.eu within 5 business days to notify us of the damage.

Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.
