How do I join?
Joining the Princess Bee Collectors Club is simple! If you already have an account, you are automatically signed up to earn Collector Points. If you do not have an account, you can create one here, and you are in!
How can I earn Collectors Points?
There’s a variety of ways to earn Points! Scroll to the “How to Collect Credits” section on the Rewards page of your Princessbee.eu account to view and participate. For any purchases, points are only earned on the goods purchased and exclude shipping or taxes.
How do I redeem Collectors Points?
When you place your order, you’ll have the option to apply your Collector Points to the order at the checkout (redeeming points are not possible in combination with a discount code). There it will state how many Points you have and how many Points you can select to apply to the order. The discount amounts are fixed:
- 5 AED discount – 125 Collector Points
- 10 AED discount – 250 Collector Points
- 15 AED discount – 375 Collector Points
- 20 AED discount – 500 Collector Points
How do I check my rewards history?
Simply click on ‘My Lifetime Points’ under the ‘Rewards Club’ tab of your account, and you will see your history of earned rewards.
How to refer a friend?
To Refer a Friend, navigate to your account Dashboard. Click the Referral Tab on your REWARDS CLUB Widget in Pink. It is located next to Earn Tab. Copy the unique referral link and send it to your friend. Or you can use directly the share icons below the link with a pre-made template. Your Reward and Bonus Points will be credited to your account once your friend completes their purchase.
Can I combine my rewards points with another discount code?
You cannot combine your credit discount with another discount code.
How long it will take for points to appeared in my account?
Most of your newly earned Collector Points will instantly be visible in your account. If you have chosen to share your birthday, 100 points will automatically get credited to your account on your next birthday.
Do my points expiry?
Yes, your Collector Points will expire if, after 12 months there’s been no activity of earning or redeeming points via your account.

Why I don't see my points at checkout?
The minimum amount Points that can be spent is 125. If your balance is less than that, the Points won’t be visible at Checkout.
