By placing an order on www.princessbee.eu, you are accepting to purchase a Product, a Service and/or a Gift Card on and subject to the following terms and conditions of Princess Bee Foodstuff Trading LLC. The General Terms and Conditions always apply between you and Princess Bee Foodstuff Trading LLC when you use or place an order through the website www.princessbee.eu (the “Site”) or participate in a contest, a giveaway or the Loyalty Program of Princess Bee Foodstuff Trading LLC. The General Terms and Conditions contain important information for you as a customer of Princess Bee Foodstuff Trading LLC. Please read them carefully, together with our Privacy Policy. We also recommend you save or print the General Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy, so you can consult them again at a later date.

Princess Bee Honey Co. reserves the right to change the pricing of our products at any time and without notice.

Customers are given a user name when using our website. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the user name, order and accessibility at any time and at our sole discretion.  This can be due to abuse, misrepresentation, fraud or any other cause deemed to necessitate action.  All users must agree to these terms upon registering their user name.

Occasionally, we will offer contests, sweepstakes, promotions or other events.  These are in no way intended to guarantee any service or product other than and limited to that specifically described in the offer, and the event of a dispute will be decided solely at our discretion.  All contestants must agree to these terms upon registering or entering the event. Customers may be asked for material, including photos or other media or social material, for sharing publicly on and through our website. When they deliver this, media is approved for total usage at our sole discretion unless expressly indicated otherwise to Princess Bee Honey Co. before the delivery.

We accept only online payment methods for our delivery orders. Payment by card is held by Ziina payment gateway and accepts major debit and credit cards, Apple and Google Pay.

return & refund policy

We hope you love our products as much as we do. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your Princess Bee product(s) free of charge within 30 days from the delivery date.

Please note that product(s) must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, which must remain sealed and unopened. Unfortunately, returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted due to health protection and hygiene reasons and will, therefore, not be refunded.

Please also make sure you choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the item(s) from being damaged while in transit.

We apologise for any unsatisfactory product and will replace any product that does not meet our quality standards.

Our product portfolio may have limited quantities. An alternative will be offered if an item is returned for replacement and we do not have the same item available.

Please note that a payment refund from a debit or credit card purchase depends on the issuing bank. Takes approximately 10 to 15 working days from the receiving date of the refund request.
