Olive Oil, Comfrey (Symphytum officinale) extract, Devil’s Claw (Harpagophytum) extract, Beeswax, Coconut Oil, Eucalyptus, Rosemary and Camphor essential oils.

Take a small amount of the sore joints salve on your fingertips. You don’t need to use a large amount; a little goes a long way.
Use your fingertips to massage the salve into the sore joints. Make sure to apply gentle, circular motions. This helps in improving blood circulation and absorption of the balm.
You can apply the salve as needed, typically 2-3 times daily.
After applying the salve, wash your hands thoroughly to avoid accidentally getting the balm in your eyes or other sensitive areas.
