Its mild sweetness makes it a favourite for both children and adults, and it pairs beautifully with warm drinks, yoghurt, toast, or simply enjoyed by the spoonful.
Unfiltered and unheated, our Raw Acacia Honey retains all its natural enzymes, antioxidants, and nutrientsโstraight from the hive to your jar.
All of our honeys are hand-extracted, hand-bottled, and hand-labelled in northeastern Bulgaria โ just 15 km from the Black Sea coast.

Our raw Acacia Honey has a delightful, mild taste with hints of vanilla and a light, smoky aftertaste. It is one of the lightest-coloured honey with a delicate yet subtle smooth texture. Our bees collect the Acacia Honey from April to May in strict climate conditions from the pristine meadows of Bulgaria. Delicate and light, it’s a symphony of flavour and fragrance that elevates your culinary creations and nourishes your body.
Acacia Honey is a monofloral honey variety produced from the nectar of Acacia flower. The tree that produces these flowers is also known as the Black Locust tree.
Acacia Honey has a low Glucose content and tends to stay runny for much longer than other varieties. It also has a low Glycemic Index, which makes it suitable for people sensitive to sugar.ย
The Most Versatile Variety – Adding a light sweetness to your dishes won’t overpower them. It is ideal as a sugar replacement in tea and coffee, over cereals, salad dressings, marinades, and smoothies.
