Our Story
Honouring the bees
Princess Bee Honey Co. is an artisanal honey brand in the UAE, born from a life-changing shift — from a high-flying aviation career to a slower, more grounded life in traditional beekeeping. At first, it began as a quiet escape to the Bulgarian countryside. However, it quickly grew into something more: a mission to protect bees, preserve biodiversity, and share raw honey with those who value real food and sustainable living.
From hive to jar
Our hives are based in remote, pollution-free regions of Bulgaria, far from industrial farming. In these untouched landscapes, bees forage freely on wildflowers, herbs, and medicinal plants. As a result, our honey is naturally rich in enzymes, floral complexity, and nutritional value.
Sustainable beekeeping
We follow slow, seasonal beekeeping methods. This means no overharvesting, no shortcuts, and no compromise. Every jar is raw, unfiltered, and hand-poured in small batches. Most importantly, we work in harmony with the bees and the rhythm of nature.

One of the greatest joys of this journey is working in harmony with the bees, in landscapes that remain untouched by industrial agriculture. The rich diversity of Bulgaria’s flora, combined with a deep respect for the natural ecosystem, is what gives our honey its distinct flavour and integrity.

Our founder & her philosophy
Founded in 2020, we are proud to be a family-run business of professional beekeepers who handcraft and bottle every single jar of honey by hand.
You never quite know where life will lead you. Violeta never imagined that her journey would shift from travelling the world as a flight attendant to dedicating her life to bees, nature, and real food. What started as a personal escape into Bulgaria’s countryside became something far greater — a purpose-driven path rooted in sustainability, ethical beekeeping, and environmental responsibility.
Her passion for protecting pollinators and promoting conscious living has shaped the vision behind Princess Bee Honey Co. More than that, she’s building a legacy — not just a business. It’s a legacy that honours the bees, respects the land, and delivers artisanal raw honey from Bulgaria to conscious communities across the UAE. In doing so, she continues to inspire a more sustainable and purposeful way of living.
