Our raw honey is a product of wild meadows and untouched forests. These areas are rich in biodiversity and shaped by generations of beekeeping wisdom. Each jar tells a story of nature in balance—harvested with care and guided by respect for the bees.
Varieties of our honey.
Our honey reflects the landscapes that surround our hives. We only harvest what nature provides. Most of our beehives are located in a protected area dominated by Linden forests, where pesticide use is strictly forbidden and agriculture is minimal. We also keep hives in our blooming Lavender fields, producing raw 100% lavender nectar honey. Neighbouring orchards—abundant with apples, cherries, plums, and almonds—add to the diversity. The rest is wildflower terrain left untouched. Because nature works in cycles, each year’s honey is a little different, shaped by the season’s rhythm, rainfall, and flowering patterns. That’s the beauty of raw, seasonal honey—it’s never exactly the same, and always exactly as it should be.
The Beehives.
We practise traditional, low-intervention beekeeping rooted in respect for the bees and their natural rhythm. Our hives are of the classic Dadant-Blatt type. We build them from wood, giving the bees plenty of space and a stress-free environment that supports healthy colony growth and abundant honey production. We never use plastic foundations, artificial stimulants, or invasive technologies to force higher yields. Instead, we follow the principles of slow beekeeping: no shortcuts—just letting the bees do what they do best, in their own time.
The Bees.
Our bees are at the heart of everything we do—not just as honey producers, but as vital pollinators that keep ecosystems and food systems thriving. We care for them using time-tested, natural methods. No antibiotics, no imported colonies. Instead, we rely on herbal remedies and traditional plant-based treatments to maintain hive health. We rear our queens from carefully selected families, ensuring strong genetics and resilience. Our bees belong to the European Dark Bee species (Apis mellifera mellifera)—one of the oldest honeybees, known for their adaptability and calm nature. By working with nature, not against it, we give our bees the best chance to thrive.
Raw & Unfiltered
Our honey is never pasteurised, ultra-filtered, or blended. We extract it gently, strain it once to remove large particles, and jar it just as the bees made it—rich in natural enzymes, pollen, and flavour. This is real honey, raw and unfiltered, just the way it should be.
