All of our honeys are hand-extracted, hand-bottled, and hand-labelled in northeastern Bulgaria — just 15 km from the Black Sea coast.

Pure, soothing, and simply exquisite. Our lavender honey is not infused; bees collect nectar from lavender flowers.
Lavender possesses many health benefits. Holistic medicine practitioners utilise it as an essential oil, dry flowers, or floral waters. Raw Lavender honey is the only honey that contains the primary amino acid of our body, tyrosine. Furthermore, this makes it very useful when fighting depression, anxiety and fatigue.
Taste: It has a very persistent medium-sweet taste that grows with the finish. It is herbaceous and fruity with floral notes. Lavender honey is known for its low acidity and lack of bitterness.
Aroma: Wonderful honey aroma and delicate floral scent.
Colour: Light to dark amber colour and almost white when crystallised.
Storage info:
Our honey is raw, unpasteurised and unfiltered, and this will lead to crystallisation after some time. This is a natural process and does not affect the quality of the honey. If you prefer liquid, place it in warm water with the lid on or in a warm cabinet.
Natural raw honey does not have an expiry date.
